We are a creative digital marketing agency based in Poblenou, Barcelona. We work closely with MEYE NV, a marketing agency specializing in high-end content and marketing strategies, both online and offline, exclusively for independent opticians across Europe.

We are looking for an organized, proactive and service-minded Dutch/Flemish speaking Client Relations & Content Coordinator to join our international team in Barcelona.

Are you a native Dutch/Flemish speaker? Do you live in Barcelona? Are you a strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects and keeping content organized? And are you comfortable combining client contact with administrative and content management responsibilities?

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be an important point of contact for our clients, while also coordinating projects and managing content for our digital application. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and our internal team to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays up to date.





Client Relations & Project Coordination
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients.
Managing and taking ownership of projects for your own portfolio of clients. Acting as a key point of contact and providing clients with fast, professional and high-quality support.
Welcoming new clients and providing them with all relevant information to get started.
Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services so you can support clients effectively.
Preparing quotations, project briefings and other administrative documentation.
Following up on orders, projects, deadlines and outstanding actions.
Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly.
Proofreading content and materials related to the projects you manage in Dutch/English.
