職務概要
Japan Carbon Capture & Storage（CCS）プロジェクトにおいて、主要なEPC（Engineering, Procurement & Construction）契約の組成、入札、評価、交渉および契約締結を担当いただきます。本ポジションでは、EPC調達戦略の策定支援、入札関連書類の作成・管理、入札者との折衝、商務・契約条件の評価、契約リスクの分析および低減策の検討など、契約・調達業務全般をリードしていただきます。




また、日本国内のEPCコントラクターとグローバルプロジェクトチームの橋渡し役として、契約上の課題解決や商務交渉を推進するとともに、プロジェクトガバナンスおよびコンプライアンス要件に沿った透明性の高い調達プロセスの実現に貢献いただきます。日本語・英語双方での高いコミュニケーション能力と、EPC契約に関する豊富な知見が求められるポジションです。
主な業務内容
EPC契約戦略および調達戦略の策定支援
入札書類（ITT）の作成・レビューおよび契約書類の整備
入札プロセスの運営、入札者とのコミュニケーションおよび質疑対応
EPC入札案件における商務・契約条件の評価・比較分析
契約リスクの特定、評価およびリスク低減策の策定
契約条件や商務条件に関する交渉・アライメントの推進
入札評価レポートおよび契約推奨資料の作成
日本国内の請負業者と海外プロジェクトチームとの調整・折衝
調達・契約業務におけるガバナンス、コンプライアンスおよび監査要件への対応
