In your role as a Finance & Office Manager at North, you will be a key player in keeping the financial engine of the studio running smoothly and making sure our office is a place where the team loves to work.

As a Finance & Office Manager, here at North, you will…

Manage the day-to-day finance operations: invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.

Own and maintain the financial forecast, keeping the business pipeline updated and providing visibility on cash flow and revenue projections.

Coordinate payroll processing and liaise with our external gestoría/accounting providers to ensure salaries, taxes, and contracts are handled on time and correctly.

Manage vendor and client contracts, ensuring proper documentation and timely renewals.

Act as Office Manager,



making sure the office runs smoothly day to day: supplies, maintenance, vendor relationships, and general upkeep.

Support the team with a great in-office experience, from onboarding logistics to organizing office events and everyday needs.

Collaborate closely with leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Ideally, you'll have:

3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or office management roles, ideally in a startup or agency environment.

Proficiency in financial tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.

Experience with financial forecasting, invoicing, and payroll coordination.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A proactive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
