? Your missions?
• Execute standardized administrative and operational activities for industrial applications.
• Perform user and access administration, role assignments and permission updates.
• Handle license and asset administration, inventory updates and system housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain master data and configuration records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor operational dashboards, perform health checks and prepare routine reports.
• Process service requests, recurring tasks and documentation in line with SOPs, runbooks and work instructions.
• Escalate exceptions and non-standard issues to specialist teams when required.

✍️ Your profile?
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in operational support, service administration, shared services or IT operations.




• Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools, and documented service request processes.
• Hands-on experience in user administration, access management, role assignments or permission updates.
• Comfortable working with SOPs, runbooks, detailed work instructions and knowledge bases.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise or industrial software applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
• Previous exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
