As a Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of Nonprofit clients. Candidates should possess knowledge of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities in the Nonprofit space. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executives, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions to address the client's needs. Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes,
and deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early
Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.
Configure and customize Salesforce.com core products
Configuration of Salesforce.com and related third party applications
Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to the nonprofit sector
Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on the nonprofit sector
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP experience
Stron
