Your mission is to be the first point of contact and technical problem-solver for our AdTech clients. You will act as the backbone of our support operations for DV360 and CM360, while also helping us expand our SA360 capabilities. Working alongside our Digital Analytics and Privacy specialists, you will help businesses navigate technical roadblocks and use your knowledge to provide best-in-class support for all AdTech clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
AdTech Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first level of support for all AdTech clients through our ticketing system. You will identify, investigate, and troubleshoot complex client issues within the Google Marketing Platform.
Platform Mastery (DV360 & CM360): Utilize your deep knowledge of Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 to provide seamle
