This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager based in Spain.

- As a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager, you will lead client-facing safety projects that support the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance services.
- You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, timelines, and project objectives are clearly defined and consistently managed.
- The role combines pharmacovigilance expertise with project leadership, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- You will coordinate activities across project teams while ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, quality,



and client requirements.
- Your work will span important PV activities, including case processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, reconciliation, and procedural documentation.
- You will collaborate with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical organizations and help identify solutions to complex project challenges.
