Requirements

- 4-year bachelor's degree, MBA, or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required; three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education
- 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
- At least 7–8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
- Experience designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets,



and Cash Management modules
- Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools: FRS, OTBI, and Smart View
- Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Strong proficiency in industry knowledge and best practices
- High-impact communication skills
- Planning and coordination skills
