About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations across the organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring procurement activities are commercially sound, compliant, efficient and aligned with business requirements across both operational and Games-time environments. The idóneo candidate combines strong commercial judgement with a proactive, strategic approach, anticipating needs, identifying risks early and driving effective procurement solutions.
The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, drive competitive bidding events, evaluate supplier proposals, support negotiations and develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
~ Manage end-to-end sourcing processes for products and services across multiple business categories.
~ Coordinate end-to-end competitive bidding activities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other sourcing activities.
~ Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities and commercial opportunities to support sourcing decisions.
~ Participate in supplier proposals evaluation across cost, quality, service, technical capability and delivery requirements.
~ Prepare procurement recommendations and supplier comparison reports to support decision-making.
