As a Senior Account Manager (SMB) you drive growth, health, and retention for a high-value SMB portfolio. You act as a strategic advisor to key partners, promoting advertising and promotional engagement while coordinating with regional stakeholders.

You leverage data-driven insights to report performance in executive forums and to optimize the partner ecosystem. The role involves owning relationships with 400+ SMB partners, expanding platform usage, and driving long-term profitability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to elevate SMB strategy and deliver measurable impact.

- Manage and scale a high-value SMB portfolio (u003e400 partners) to grow revenue, orders, and retention
- Drive retention through adoption of platform features, ads, and promotions for mutual profitability
- Serve as regional single point of contact for SMB initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Analyze business metrics, generate insights, and present performance in weekly/quarterly business reviews (WBR)




- Maintain ~60 partner touchpoints per week to conduct strategic reviews, identify efficiencies, and drive marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with the account management team to share best practices and optimize internal SMB processes

Responsabilidades

- +3 years of experience in Business Development or Consulting
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights and present in senior forums (WBRs)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong track record in partner retention, portfolio upselling/cross-selling, and marketing strategy for long-term impact
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across regional and external stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to prioritize high-impact accounts and exceed growth/retention targets
