With a integral presence, the brand delivers a premium retail experience where product excellence, outstanding service, and strong client relationships are key.Your mission:As a Sales Assistant in our flagship store, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding luxury customer experience, building long-term relationships with local and international clients, and contributing to the overall store performance.Key responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized luxury experience.Achieve individual and team targets (sales, UPT, ATV, conversion, etc.).Acquire, retain, and follow up with clients through CRM (clienteling).Master the sales ceremony: product storytelling, styling, cross-selling.Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, tidiness, replenishment, and product care.Support stock deliveries, inventory control,
