To support our continued growth,we are looking for a Cloud & Dev Ops Engineer with strong AWS expertise to support the deployment and implementation of CCM (Customer Communications Management) solutions in cloud environments. Important: This role is not focused on designing cloud architectures from scratch, but rather on enabling, deploying, and operating CCM platforms in cloud-based infrastructures. The candidate will work closely with application and business teams to ensure smooth implementation, automation, and scalability of CCM solutions.



Key Responsibilities Support the installation and deployment of CCM solutions (Open Text Exstream, Quadient, Papyrus) Operate and manage cloud-based environments (AWS) for application deployment Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for CCM platforms Automate infrastructure and deployments using Ia C (Terraform) Work with containers and orchestration (EKS, ECS) Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of deployed solutions Collaborate with teams to adapt CCM solutions to enterprise environments Key Requirements Solid experience with AWS (hands-on, operational level) Strong background in Dev Ops practices and tools Experience with: CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Argo CD) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS) Experience with: AWS Lambda / Fargate (desirable but not core) Highly Valued Experience deploying or working with CCM / ECM solutions, such as: Open Text Exstream Quadient Inspire Papyrus Experience in: Enterprise environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid architectures) Integration-heavy systems
