We are seeking a Store Manager to join a Premium/Luxury Italian brand in the city center of Madrid. As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support and train your team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise the sales team, providing guidance and coaching to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Your role will also involve fostering on the customer experience, managing customer flow, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the sales team to enhance their selling skills and meet sales goals and KPIs. Manage a small team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. Ensure efficient customer flow and set high service standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.



Provide immediate coaching and feedback to the team after each transaction and client interaction, addressing both successes and opportunities. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business and effectively communicate ideas and needs to drive its growth. Qualifications: Previous experience as Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Team manager Possess commercial awareness and experience working towards sales-related KPIs. In-depth understanding of client expectations and the luxury service industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change. Fluency in English, Spanish mandatory
