Job Description Principal Consultant – Enterprise AI Strategy & Operating Model Location: Europe (Remote with occasional travel) Employment Type: Contract (12–16 weeks) with potential for long-term collaboration Client: Global Pharmaceutical Company (GSK) Reporting to: Program Director / Engagement Partner About the Role NTAM is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead the strategic design of an Enterprise Intelligence Capability for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. This is not a traditional consulting engagement. You will work directly with senior commercial, technology and executive stakeholders to assess enterprise AI readiness, identify reusable capabilities, design the future operating model, and build the executive business case for enterprise-scale AI adoption. The adecuado candidate has previously delivered transformation programmes within a leading global consulting firm such as Mc Kinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Deloitte Consulting or Accenture Strategy. Responsibilities Lead executive-level consulting activities across the programme including: Lead strategic discovery sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders. Design the future Enterprise AI Operating Model. Develop governance frameworks for enterprise AI adoption. Facilitate executive workshops and decision-making sessions. Identify opportunities to consolidate existing AI capabilities across the organisation. Translate technical assessments into executive recommendations. Build investment cases and executive decision packs. Develop implementation roadmaps and transformation plans. Support Steering Committee presentations and executive readouts.



Work closely with Enterprise Architects and AI specialists to align strategic and technical recommendations. Provide thought leadership on Enterprise AI, Knowledge Management and Intelligent Organisations. Previous experience with a Tier 1 consulting firm (Mc Kinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte Consulting, Accenture Strategy or equivalent). Demonstrated experience leading Enterprise AI or Digital Transformation programmes. Experience designing Target Operating Models. Experience developing governance frameworks and organisational operating models. Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Experience preparing board-level presentations and investment cases. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience. Enterprise Knowledge Management programmes. AI Transformation Strategy. Generative AI adoption programmes. Enterprise Search or Knowledge Graph initiatives. Data & AI Governance. Organisational Change Management.
