The job:

Your role as Licensing Associate (LA) will be to work with the Renewal Specialist (RS) and the Senior Account Manager (PCM) to secure that the customers renewal agreement are on time, helping to identify licensing, up sell, and cross sell opportunities, aligned to the customers' need.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Work with the RS to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio
Assist to develop a renewal plan, aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the company
Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer
