We are looking for a Product Manager for Watch (Demand Generation, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:
The goal is to increase qualified demand and generate more watch sales opportunities, not just improve the website.




Own the end-to-end customer journey for luxury watch demand generation, from discovery to qualified lead generation.
Drive product strategy and execution to improve user acquisition, product discovery, trust, and conversion through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. Success is measured by growth in qualified sessions, lead generation, and revenue.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace,
or consumer technology.
Proven track record of driving growth, conversion, or demand generation through digital
products.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel,
Amplitude) to make data-driven decisions.
Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing the product
development lifecycle.
