Who you are
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources or Management
- 7-10 years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company, with at least 4 years of experience in the HR Business Partner area
- Experience in partnering C-Level Stakeholders, especially in bringing Functional Leadership Team into High Performing One
- Being a strong team player who is used to working with senior stakeholders and big teams (+100 people) across several locations
- Showcasing a strong business acumen and a data driven mindset, with the ability to dig into numbers and analytics to inform decision making
- Commitment to taking on an independent, structured, and agile way of thinking
- Being a passionate, communicative, and assertive HR person that understands the needs of our business and a good listener to our managers and employees
- Talent for coordination, teamwork, strategic thinking and driving impact
- Demonstrated success coaching, training, advising, and providing consultative support to leaders across multiple levels

What the job involves
- Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business and data-driven People Agenda; especially with 2 C-Level Leaders running the Tech & Product Functions
- Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around proactively identifying and addressing lower-performing employees
- Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda to identify trends, share recommendations and make adaptations, as needed
- Facilitate the employee engagement action planning process with business leaders
