Role Description
The Director Customer Relationship Management at SNB CFE-CGC BANQUE PALATINE is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing the overall CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. This position oversees the design and optimization of customer journeys, ensuring consistent and personalized interactions across channels in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams. The director leads CRM initiatives and projects, manages performance dashboards, and translates customer insights into actionable campaigns and service improvements. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key metrics, segment performance, and campaign outcomes, guiding the CRM team, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement enhancements to tools, processes, and data quality. The role also involves aligning CRM activities with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and preparing regular reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications




- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency with Analytics tools to interpret customer data, measure CRM performance, and inform decision-making.
- Expertise in Market Segmentation to define, refine, and target customer groups for tailored offers and communication strategies.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to support lead management, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and relationship-building efforts.
- Proven Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in CRM platforms and customer data management; familiarity with banking or financial services environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
