Role Description
The Marketing and Broadcasting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid, Spain. Our Spain office will be newly established this year. This role involves planning, producing, and coordinating marketing and broadcasting content that promotes Atomy’s brand, products, and core values across various media channels. The specialist will support campaign development, conduct market and audience analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication. Daily tasks include preparing broadcast scripts and schedules, managing live and recorded content and engaging with members and viewers to strengthen brand loyalty. Additionally, this role involves planning and executing live events.

Qualifications




- Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, presentation, and collaboration across teams and media channels.
- Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, content coordination, and brand positioning.
- Relevant experience in broadcasting, digital media, or content production, preferably within beauty, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe programs, cameras, and video editing
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and either
Portuguese
or
Italian
. Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must be willing to travel across Europe and internationally.
- Must be willing to work in Frankfurt, Germany for a 6-month training period.
