Civil EngineerRole Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, design, coordinate, and support the execution of civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project objectives. This role is responsible for providing engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and planning to construction, inspection, testing, and project completion.

The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, surveyors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure civil engineering works are executed efficiently and in accordance with approved plans and engineering standards. You will evaluate project requirements, review technical documentation, provide engineering solutions, and support project execution to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include preparing engineering calculations, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating site activities,



monitoring construction progress, verifying material compliance, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring engineering deliverables meet project schedules and quality expectations. You will conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, evaluate design modifications, and recommend practical engineering solutions that improve safety, constructability, and operational performance.

The role also involves supporting project planning, preparing engineering reports, coordinating testing and commissioning activities, reviewing contractor submissions, participating in technical meetings, and maintaining project documentation throughout all phases of project delivery. You will monitor project risks, identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
