As Business Manager at Transcom you will:

To be successful in this role you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support
- Possess 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams
- Are experienced in BPO/contact centres
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills
- Are “hands on” with a “doer” approach
- Are able to keep calm, work under pressure and to deadlines
- Take ownership
- Communicate well at all levels
- Are analytical and a problem solver
- Can work in a team and independently
- Have English at C1 level and Spanish at B1. Either Dutch or German language skills would be a real bonus
