About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to take technical ownership, drive the technical execution and quality of our enterprise CRM. Our CRM ecosystem, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights), plays a critical role in customer acquisition, contract lifecycle management, SLA monitoring, and operational coordination, tightly integrated with TMS and finance systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, focused on development excellence, platform reliability, and sustainable evolution. You will work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and other stakeholders, contributing to the implementation of architectural decisions and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle. Your Mission You will act as the technical authority for CRM development, ensuring that the platform: Integrates reliably with company systems (Marketing, finance systems, TMS, etc) Maintaining high stability across releases Follows structured Dev Ops and governance standards Avoid unnecessary customization and technical debt Key Responsibilities Development Leadership Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by architecture and platform strategy Integration & Performance Oversight Design and implement scalable integration patterns (event-driven, asynchronous processing)



Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Ensure robust logging and monitoring mechanisms Dev Ops & Release Management Contribute to define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategy Support release management across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments Promote structured ALM practices Team Leadership Act as a technical mentor and reference point for CRM developers Support onboarding and contribute to building internal capabilities Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions What We Are Looking For Several years of professional experience of CRM development experience Multiple years of hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services Understanding of scalable enterprise application design Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus Why Join Us?
