Support the management of indirect categories (promotions, marketing, restaurant equipme nt, etc.). Participate in end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI, RFP/RFQ, benchmarking and market analysis), contributing to supplier identification and evaluation, as well as stakeholder coo rdination. Ensure project and initiative follow-up, meeting deadlines, deliverables and defined o bjectives. Analyze spend data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization, supporting decisi on-making. Assist in supplier management and performance tracking,



including compliance and continuous im provement.Qu alifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineeri ng or similar. Backgrounds in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International Business or business-technology combinations will be highly valued. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in procurement, consulting, analytics or p roject management. High level o f English (B2–C1). Strong skills in Excel, Power Point, and data analysi s. Preferred Skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (i nternal and external). High level of curiosity and analytical mindset, with interest in under standing the business. Strong organizational skills and ability to structure tasks and priorities. Solid project tracking and e xecution capabilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic and inte rnational en vironment.
