Your main purpose
Develop and manage contract strategies aligned with procurement, project delivery, and organizational objectives.

Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions (including scope, pricing, delivery, warranties, indemnities, insurance,



and limitations of liability) in coordination with Legal where required.

Lead contract formation activities, ensuring required approvals, delegations of authority, and supporting documentation are completed prior to execution.

Ensure contracts comply with internal governance, procurement policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations, and maintain proper contract documentation, approvals, and audit trails (including executed agreements, amendments, and formal notices).

Manage contract change control, including amendments; support assessment and negotiation of associated commercial impacts, and identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks (commercial, legal, schedule, and performance), escalating issues and recommending mitigations as appropriate.

Manage contract close-out activities (deliverable acceptance, final accounts, handover, and archiving) and support renewals/expiries and lessons
