About the Role
They are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded EPC Manager to lead the successful execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar and battery storage projects across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & EPC Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of C&I; solar PV and BESS projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to quality standards
- Coordinate project handover from sales/pre-construction through commissioning
- Identify and oversee subcontractors, EPC partners, and on-site execution teams across Europe, with initial focus on DACH, Italy, Spain, and the UK
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and cost performance
Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external engineering teams for:
- PV system design
- Inverter integration
- Battery storage integration
- Grid connection compliance
- Structural and electrical engineering
- Review technical documentation, layouts, and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility requirements, and industry standards
- Support value engineering and optimization initiatives
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Coordinate procurement planning with internal manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Manage delivery schedules for:
- PV modules
- Inverters
- Battery storage systems
- Mounting structures
- Electrical BOS components
- Support supplier negotiations and logistics coordination
- Mitigate procurement risks and supply chain delays
Construction & Site Management
- Oversee construc
