We are building the foundational infrastructure to decode the female neuro-endocrine spectrum and its impact on human cognitive performance.
The current enterprise landscape operates on a flawed premise: that human cognitive capacity is a linear, constant resource. This bias ignores the natural fluctuations of the female cycle, leading to systemic talent loss, burnout, and massive organizational inefficiencies. We are creating the category that corrects this.
Our Momentum
We recently won the 1st Prize at the Google DeepMind AI Agent Olympics 2026. That validation proved our thesis—now, we are moving to the next level: translating that logic into a robust, scalable data infrastructure.
The Role: Technical Co-Founder (CTO)
You aren't joining as an employee; you are a partner.
? Data Core: Architecting the infrastructure for longitudinal bio-data (high-dimensional female neuro-endocrine signals).
? Infrastructure Strategy: Building backend systems to support B2B/Enterprise/API distribution.
? Privacy & Governance:
Building "Privacy-by-Design" (GDPR/EU AI Act) into the pipeline from day one.
? Leadership: Defining the technical roadmap and leading our high-performance international team.
The Profile
✅ 0-to-1 Architect: Proven experience building complex ML/Data systems from scratch. You thrive in high-ambiguity environments.
✅ Scientific Curiosity: You must feel the problem. You connect deeply with the mission of bridging the gap in women’s health.
✅ Languages: Fluent in English (primary) and Spanish (valuable).
✅ The Stakes: 25-35% co-founder equity (subject to candidacy, 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
