The Junior Marketing Manager steps into the engine room of that operation: owning the execution across newsletters, website updates, graphics, influencer coordination, community management, event logistics, and agency briefings. The tools are straightforward, Canva, CMS platforms, email marketing, social media channels, but the standard is high. As the Spanish market expands and the team takes on new markets, the Junior Marketing Manager absorbs more of the commercial operation from the inside. That means developing campaigns, analysing performance, and building genuine fluency in how a D2 C subscription brand operates.
