Business Development Manager
whose mission is simple:
win new business
.

This is not an Account Management role.

We're looking for a true hunter who enjoys identifying prospects, opening conversations, building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

What you'll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Prospect target companies through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Build relationships with decision-makers within Life Sciences organizations.
- Schedule and lead sales meetings.
- Understand client needs and position Novalins' language solutions.




- Prepare commercial proposals and manage follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial agreements through to closing.
- Manage your sales pipeline and keep our CRM up to date.
- Achieve agreed activity, opportunity generation and revenue targets.
- Work closely with our Operations and Quality teams.
- Continuously improve your prospecting and sales approach.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in B2B Business Development or New Business Sales.
- Previous experience in
at least one
of the following industries:
- Translation & Localization
- Pharmaceutical
- Medical Devices
- CRO / Clinical Research
- Regulatory Affairs
- Healthcare
- Biotechnology
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or above).
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting.
- Comfortable making cold calls as part of your daily routine.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
