Graduate Naval Engineer – Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Are you a recent naval engineering graduate eager to start a rewarding career in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)? If you’re passionate about ships, shipbuilding, and how the marine industry designs and builds the products of the future, join our dynamic, fully remote team at Share PLM! We’re a young, energetic team specialized in PLM and digital transformations. Our work environment is entirely remote, with members from various nationalities based in different locations, creating a uniquely diverse work environment. What would we need from you? In this entry-level role, you will immerse yourself in the world of PLM consulting. As a graduate consultant, you'll spend around 80% of your time assisting on client projects, learning the ins and outs of PLM strategy, implementation, and Organizational Change Management (OCM). You’ll gain hands-on experience with PLM tools while collaborating with team members on consulting deliverables. Additionally, you’ll help develop supporting training materials, presentations, and reports, so strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Who are we looking for? We value personal attributes as much as technical skills. We are looking for someone who: · Is a team player with a collaborative attitude and clear communication skills. · Has a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow professionally within a fast-paced remote team. · Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. · Feels comfortable in our company’s culture and aligns with our core values. · Has a passion for the technology and business industry. Requirements: · Recent graduate with a degree in Naval Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a closely related engineering field. · Genuine interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital transformation projects, and the shipbuilding industry — you’re curious about ships and everything involved in designing and building them.
· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of digital tools. Experience with PLM systems is a plus. · Excellent command of English in technical business contexts. · Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote setting. Although this position is fully remote, as a Spanish company, we require that you reside in Spain as a legal resident (with a NIE or TIE visa) and hold a valid work permit. What can we offer you? · An indefinite contract. · Versátil working hours in a fully remote role. · Professional development in a supportive, collaborative environment. · Hands-on mentorship from senior PLM and change-management experts — you’ll learn by doing, not just watching. · Exposure to international clients and real shipbuilding and industrial transformation projects from day one. Why is it great to work at Share PLM? At Share PLM, we help leading engineering and manufacturing organizations succeed in their PLM and digital transformation journeys by combining deep PLM expertise with organizational change, psychology, and learning design. Joining us as a graduate means building rare, highly marketable expertise at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business — from day one. · A boutique, human-centric team where your ideas matter and reach decisions fast — no big-corporate bureaucracy. · A diverse, multinational team that values people over hierarchy. · The chance to help shape how Share PLM works, not just execute tasks. · Work alongside recognized PLM and change-management experts and learn proven methodologies you won’t find in a classroom. · Contribute to high-impact transformation programs for international clients in shipbuilding and other complex engineering industries. · A clear, structured development path: guided onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and growing ownership as you progress. · Join a growing, specialized consultancy that is shaping the future of how PLM transformations are delivered.
