Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented
Finance & Accounting Specialist
to manage essential daily financial operations, reconciliation, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured environments and can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to maintain financial integrity.

Schedule:
- Adaptable during client business hours (Italy Time) (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Transactions:
Process invoices, payments, and standard financial transactions.
- Payroll & Reconciliation:
Assist with payroll administration and detailed accounts reconciliation.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and internal documentation.
- Compliance & Control:
Support compliance, internal audit, and key financial control processes.
- Discrepancy Resolution:
Monitor and resolve billing and payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting:
Prepare reports using Excel and other internal financial systems.
- Stakeholder Liaison:




Liaise with internal teams and international stakeholders as required.
- Information Security:
Ensure all confidential financial information is handled securely and professionally.

Requirements:
- Professional Experience:
Previous experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related administration.
- Technical Skills:
Knowledge of invoicing, payroll, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
- Software Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication:
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Bilingual capability (French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is highly desirable.
