We're looking for an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
with a strong background in
Salesforce Service Cloud
to act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within an international environment.

Here are some key details:

Hybrid role based in Sant Cugat (3 days onsite per week).

? International environment – fluent English and Spanish are required.

? Ideally, the role begins as a 6-month freelance contract, after which you'll be directly hired by the end client.

What you'll be doing

As part of a global Salesforce Centre of Excellence, you will:
- Gather, analyse and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in solution workshops, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and UAT.
- Validate delivered solutions and support user adoption.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of a global Salesforce platform across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

What we're looking for
- 4+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (or similar functional role).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience working in complex Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or other Salesforce Clouds is
