GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Mission

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the employee will be supporting successful product launches, strengthening competitive readiness, and driving commercial excellence through best-in-class training programs. The successful candidate will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Medical Training to translate complex scientific information into impactful learning experiences that elevate the effectiveness of our international commercial teams.

Responsabilities
- Scientific & Product Training

 Continuously review and analyze new clinical data, competitor developments, publications, and congress updates.

 Translate scientific insights into clear, practical, and commercially relevant training materials.

 Partner with Medical Affairs, Medical Training and Marketing to develop congress debriefs and customer-focused scientific education.
- Onboarding & Commercial Capability Development

 Lead onboarding programs for new commercial hires across PharmaMar international markets.





 Design and deliver training on disease state knowledge, product expertise, competitive landscape, and customer engagement.

 Develop and implement sales excellence programs to advance field force capabilities.
- Train-the-Trainer Excellence

 Build and manage an international train-the-trainer model, training HQ teams and local champions who cascade learning to country teams.

 Monitor training quality, consistency, and execution across markets.

Soft Skills & Continuous Learning

 Develop training programs focused on communication, influence, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

 Organize capability-building initiatives for HQ teams, including topics such as clinical trial interpretation, statistics, AI, and emerging commercial competencies.

 Identify and manage external training providers where appropriate.
