Location:
Málaga, Spain (office-based during training, with the possibility of working from home upon successful completion of the Sales Academy)

Salary:
€17,500 per annum, increasing to €20,000 per annum upon successful completion of the Sales Academy, plus an attractive commission scheme.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Academy Associate, you'll learn how to:
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present tailored insurance products and confidently guide clients through the sales process.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally while delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and participate in structured sales training.
- Develop strong product knowledge and gain experience using industry-leading systems.
- Represent the NowCompare brand with professionalism and integrity.

Throughout the Academy, you'll receive coaching, feedback and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a Client Relations Manager role.
