Business Analyst – Omnichannel eCommerce Platform (Freelance) - Remote from Spain

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a large-scale, international eCommerce transformation project via Shakers, connecting freelance talent with leading companies across Europe.

About the project:

You'll work within a MACH-based (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) omnichannel eCommerce platform already live in 10+ countries, joining one of four domain teams covering Browse to Order, Order to Cash, Omnichannel (My Account, Store & Appointment Booking), or Prescription/Configurator & Subscriptions journeys.

What you'll do:
- Gather and define business, functional and non-functional requirements, engaging directly with director-level eCommerce stakeholders globally
- Refine and prioritize user stories and epics with Product Owners, ensuring Definition of Done/Ready compliance
- Ensure omnichannel consistency across online/offline touchpoints (pricing, promotions, assortment,



commercial policy, branding)
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve user story quality
- Manage multiple concurrent features/projects across ideation, execution and delivery
- Support onboarding of external dev teams and evaluation of 3rd-party SaaS tools (Commercetools, Bloomreach, Auth0, Adyen)

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years delivering eCommerce/digital products as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Agile/Lean/SAFe frameworks
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of eCommerce/CMS/IAM/Payments ecosystems (Commercetools, Bloomreach, Auth0, Adyen a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Strong stakeholder management and large-group facilitation skills
