Job Description: Account Director, Digital Marketing Agency

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Invincible Digital and become the trusted point of contact for our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who loves building client relationships and delivering results. You will oversee a portfolio of accounts across hospitality, fitness, and e-commerce, working closely with our creative, media buying, and email marketing teams across Barcelona, London, and Granada.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and results.
- Lead client calls, meetings, and reviews, presenting performance, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Understand each client's business, goals, and market so you can speak their language and anticipate their needs.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, managing expectations, timelines, and feedback professionally.




Account and Campaign Oversight
- Oversee the delivery of paid social, email marketing, and creative work across your accounts, ensuring everything ships on time and to a high standard.
- Translate client goals into clear internal briefs for creatives, media buyers, and email specialists.
- Monitor account performance and budgets, flagging risks and opportunities early.
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, and approvals through our project management tools.
Strategy and Growth
- Work with our specialists to shape account strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and creative.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new channels, services, and campaigns.
- Support renewals, upsells, and proposals, contributing to client retention and agency growth.
- Prepare clear, insight-led reports that connect marketing activity to commercial results.
