We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior IGA Architect
with deep expertise in
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
and
SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
to lead complex
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
initiatives within large-scale enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining identity governance strategies, designing scalable architectures, and leading implementations integrated with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
,
Active Directory
, and
SAP
, while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design,
and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Define and evolve authorization models based on RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
- Design and manage role catalogs for organizations with more than 10,000 identities.
- Drive automation of Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
- Design and optimize access certification and recertification campaigns.
- Integrate IGA platforms with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and SAP ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support governance initiatives across highly regulated business environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance.
- Proven experience leading 6+ SailPoint Identit
