WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- 3+ years of experience
as a
SAP FICO Consultant / SAP FICO Business Analyst
(5+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency with
SAP FI
: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Month-End and Year-End Closing processes.
- Experience with
SAP CO
, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Solid knowledge of
FI-MM and FI-SD integrations
.
- Hands-on experience with
SAP FI/CO customizing and configuration
.
- Experience working in
international and multi-company environments
.
- Participation in
SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects

- Analyze and gather business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and translate business needs into
SAP FICO solutions
.
- Configure and customize
SAP FI and CO modules
.
- Prepare functional specifications and support developments.
- Participate in
ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
, including impact analysis, New GL, Universal Journal and data reconciliation.
- Ensure proper integration between
Finance, MM and SD processes
.
- Define and execute testing strategies, UAT activities and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with international teams to improve Finance and Controlling processes within SAP.
- Stay up to date with SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.
