As a Public Speaking Facilitator you will lead in-person and virtual workshops, develop public speaking and presentation skills programs, and provide tailored coaching for individuals and teams. You will conduct assessments to identify specific needs, design engaging training materials, and create practical exercises. The facilitator will collaborate closely with clients to ensure impactful delivery and measurable outcomes, supporting participants in building confidence and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting interactive workshops




- Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to varying audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to assess client needs and provide customized solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle hybrid work arrangements
- Proven experience facilitating corporate or leadership development programs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Leadership, Training, or Education)
- Experience with multinational or diverse teams is highly beneficial
