About the Internship
As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in managing our online presence, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, and optimising job postings. If you love digital marketing and want real-world experience, this is for you.

You'll work closely with our experienced marketing and operations team, gaining hands-on exposure to employer branding and digital recruitment marketing from day one.

What you will be doing
- Assisting with job ads, social media engagement, and content updates.




- Helping with recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Supporting daily operations and process improvements.
- Learning the ins and outs of digital employer branding.

What we are looking for
- Studying Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Fluent in Dutch or German + business-level English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience.
- A passion for employer branding and digital marketing.
