- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Build automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce operational complexity
- Develop AI-powered capabilities and intelligent product features
- Work with distributed and event-driven architectures
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Improve system reliability, observability,



and scalability
- Participate in technical decisions and architectural discussions
- Take ownership of projects from design to production What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience building software products
- Experience with technologies such as PHP, Node.Js, C#, React, or similar
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Product mindset with a focus on impact and user value
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, and clean architecture practices
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs and automation workflows
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and system performance
