IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Gate Manager for the Engine Shop to lead the production gate, manage Foremen and mechanic teams, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance and assembly activities in the gate.
You will drive Lean Manufacturing, improve TAT, OTD, quality and safety while aligning manpower, materials and tools with production priorities across the gate and coordinating with Planning, Materials and Engineering for seamless workflow.
