Experteer Overview As Director of Marketing Europe, you drive the European marketing strategy and translate it into execution across markets to support distribution and strengthen the Hiscox brand.
You lead a multi-country team, shaping measurable growth through scalable campaigns and localized assets.
You collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable commercial teams and optimize digital, CRM, and content capabilities.
