Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role:Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.- Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.- Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.- Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.- Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.Must-have Skills- 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms,



and design patterns.- Extensive experience building and deploying production software.- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.- Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.- Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end- Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).- Strong understanding of agentic architectures, including concepts such as:- Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.Nice-to-have:- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
