About the Opportunity
An international food business is looking for a commercially driven Country Sales Manager to lead its expansion across the Spanish market. This is a strategic role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts and driving sustainable growth within the Foodservice and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain.
* Identify and win new business opportunities across Foodservice and Retail channels.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key customers nationwide.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.
Minimum requirements:
What We're Looking For
* 5–10+ years of sales experience within the food industry.
* Strong background in Foodservice, Wholesale, Frozen Food or Grocery Retail.
* Proven success in opening new accounts and generating new business.




* Established network within the Spanish food market.
* Fluent Spanish and English.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Spain.

* Strong understanding of food distribution and wholesale channels.
* Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
