Working in a multicultural environment, you will ensure compliance with local standards (such as German GAAP/HGB) and international regulations, supporting the integral financial closing process and Wellhub’s operational efficiency.

Perform day-to-day accounting functions for multiple international entities, including journal entries in general ledger, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial close processes across global entities.
Assist with the consolidation of financial results in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
Work with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and reviews of international operations.
Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
Collaborate with local finance teams and service providers to support payroll, VAT/GST, and other local reporting requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of global accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Participate in global ERP system implementations or upgrades as needed.
Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and global business models.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including hard-coding.
