This role will design the organizational data roadmap, ensuring that our data architecture is scalable, our metrics are consistent, and our insights actively drive high-level executive decision-making

What you will do at ODILO:
- Lead , mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and technical excellence.
- Executive Decision Support : Translate complex data structures into high-impact executive reports and insights to influence strategic business decisions and area-level roadmaps.
- Data Governance & Metric Consistency : Establish and oversee data governance frameworks to guarantee absolute consistency, integrity, and alignment of key business metrics across the entire organization.
- Data pipelines, Architecture & Efficiency Frameworks: Define, optimize, and enforce scalable frameworks for data efficiency, storage, and infrastructure-as-code across our data pipelines.
