Junior Revenue & Commercial Analyst – RIU Plaza Hotels

As a Junior Revenue Analyst for our dynamic urban brand, you will work closely with the Revenue Managers to optimize room pricing, analyze booking pace, and maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). You will be a vital part of the commercial engine, translating data into actionable strategies across our city properties.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Execute structured cross-training initiatives within the Sales and MICE segments to cultivate deep operational synergy, deliver data-driven decision-making frameworks, and actively optimize daily commercial outcomes.
Optimize Distribution:



Manage inventory allocation and rate parity across diverse distribution ecosystems, global distribution systems, and direct digital channels.
Collaborate & Present: Translate complex data into clear insights to guide the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
Travel for Success: Conduct deep-dive on-site property audits and support the launch of new commercial strategies at different city locations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Previous hotel internships are highly preferred.
Languages: Dual-fluency in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency required).
Mobility: 100% availability to travel domestically and internationally for property support and training.
Soft Skills: A highly agile, hands-on, and analytical mindset, balanced with proactive solution-finding attitude and excellent communication skills
