HBK is looking for an Adobe Experience Developer / Technical Lead to support the
ongoing development and optimization of HBKworld.com. As part of a
cross-functional Scrum team, you will combine hands on development with
technical leadership responsibilities, helping to deliver high-quality digital
experiences on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will work closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, UX
designers, and external development partners to translate business requirements
into scalable technical solutions. While remaining actively involved in
development, you will provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and help
ensure delivery quality across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development

* Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components,
templates, services, and integrations.

* Develop front-end and back-end functionality using Java, HTL, JavaScript,
HTML, and CSS.

* Configure and enhance AEM content authoring experiences and workflows.

* Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production




incidents.

* Contribute to technical improvements, platform upgrades, and continuous
optimization initiatives.

* Participate in development activities throughout the full software
development lifecycle.

Technical Leadership

* Act as the primary technical point of contact within the Scrum team.

* Support solution design and ensure alignment with AEM best practices and HBK
technical standards.

* Review code and deliverables from external development partners.

* Help refine technical requirements and estimate development efforts.

* Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.

* Promote code quality, maintainability, security, and performance standards.

Security & Compliance

* Work closely with HBK's Cyber Security team to ensure digital solutions meet
corporate security standards and policies.

* Participate in security reviews, threat assessments, vulnerability
remediatio
