About You
You are a quality-driven leader with a strong technical mindset and a passion for building scalable QA strategies from the ground up. You thrive in complex, distributed environments and enjoy working across teams without direct authority.

You combine hands-on expertise in automation, mobile quality, and CI/CD pipelines with a strategic vision of how quality impacts user experience at scale. You are comfortable influencing stakeholders and translating quality metrics into business impact.

What you do
- Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy across all layers (mobile, backend, integrations), including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Build and scale automation frameworks (mobile UI, integration and contract testing), ensuring strong coverage of critical user journeys.
- Embed a shift-left approach by contributing early in the lifecycle (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done).
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and tech leads to ensure continuous quality validation.




- Define and manage test environments and test data strategy, ensuring compliance (e.g. GDPR) and reliability across systems.
- Lead non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, localisation) and ensure production readiness at integral scale.
- Drive quality governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through KPIs, defect analysis, and production feedback loops.

What you bring
- Extensive experience in software QA, including leadership roles driving QA strategy across complex, distributed environments.
- Proven track record building QA frameworks and automation capabilities from scratch in mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android).
- Strong experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and QA tooling (e.g. TestRail, Xray).
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing, non-functional testing, and large-scale release management.
