Principal Consultants possess a broad understanding of cross functional
touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday system to effectively develop
solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple modules and clients.
Principal Consultants partner with clients to understand strategic objectives
related to Finance technology including employee experience, business processes,
data strategy, and service delivery. They drive high client satisfaction through
these partnerships, building relationships with clients and delivering
impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities

* Serve as a subject matter expert in a variety of strategic, high-impact




projects from strategic planning through stabilization with no supervision.
* Provide subject matter expertise regarding key process decisions related to
industry and areas of expertise.
* Lead multiple concurrent large, complex Workday solutions and projects for a
general customer base. Design, configure, test, and implement business
requirements across multiple Workday Financial module(s).
* Manage the project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall
delivery. Provide oversight, guidance, instruction, learning opportunities,
and coaching to team members.
* Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze
business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations
and⁄or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best
practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement
system enhancements.
